Pets on Glass is a wonderful way to immortalize a beloved pet. You provide a picture of the pet (either by mailing it to us, or providing us with an electronic copy via email). We (the glass artists) work with a superb New Mexico wildlife artist, Sharon Higgins, who paints a picture on BOTH sides of the center glass panel. It is then fired to preserve the picture and edged in a hand picked stained glass where you can select the color, or we will select a glass that complements the pet. The glass is shipped to you in a foam lined box to protect it. We would be delighted to consult with you via email or phone on larger projects. The examples here are 6" square (finished size) where the glass on which the pet is painted is 4" square. We can also create larger pieces so that the picture of the entire pet can more easily fit, or multiple pets can be included. Other sizes include 8" square (11" square finished) and 12" square (16" square finished). See the order form for details!
